- 大豆异黄酮和大豆皂苷作为大豆中重要的生理活性物质,其提取、纯化和单体的制备方法具有很多相似性。通过综述近几年大豆异黄酮和大豆皂苷的提取纯化研究进展,探讨了分离和制备高纯度的大豆异黄酮和皂苷单体物质的技术,评述了各类方法的优缺点,为标准物质的开发研究提供理论基础。
- Abstract:
- Soybean isoflavones and soysaponins are important physiological materials in soybean.The methods of extraction,purification and preparation monomer have many similarities.The extraction and purification research progress of soybean isoflavones and soyasaponins in recent years were reviewed firstly.Then,the methods of separation and preparation of high purity soybean isoflavone and soyasaponin monomer were discussed.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were also described.In addition,it provided the theoretical foundation for the standard substance development.
