- 在大田条件下,于R5期对不同品质类型大豆品种叶片喷施SOD摸拟物(SODM)、氯化胆碱(Choline chloride,Cc)和2-N,N-二乙氨基乙基己酸酯(Diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate,DTA-6)3种植物生长调节剂,成熟收获后测定籽粒中氨基酸组分含量。结果表明:SODM、Cc、DTA-6均降低了不同品种类型大豆的氨基酸总量,其中高蛋白品种黑农35氨基酸总量降幅(0.50%~1.03%)最小,而双高品种垦农4号氨基酸总量降幅(2.53%~4.67%)最大。SODM、Cc、DTA-6对不同品质类型大豆氨基酸组分比例均有影响,三者均提高了高蛋白品种黑农35的丙氨酸、缬氨酸和异亮氨酸含量。
- Abstract:
- In field trail,three plant growth regulators(PGRs)of SOD simulations(SODM),Choline chloride(Cc)and diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate(DTA-6)were sprayed on soybeans with different quality types at R5,and the amino acid components of soybean seeds were determined after harvest.SODM,Cc and DTA-6 all reduced total amino acids content for three soybean types,the decreasing amplitude was the smallest(0.50%-1.03%)in high protein cultivar Heinong 35,while was the largest in high protein and high oil cultivar Kennong 4.The three PGRs changed the ratio of different amino acids for three quality type soybeans,and all improved the contents of alanine,valine,isoleucine in high protein cultivar Heinong 35.
