内源激素IAA、ABA对大豆萌发子叶胚性愈伤组织诱导及其分化的调控

- 内源激素ABA、IAA含量的高低影响到不同大豆品种愈伤组织诱导和分化的难易,内源激素IAA含量高,愈伤组织容易诱导;内源激素ABA含量高,愈伤组织却容易分化。在分化培养过程中取不同时期的胚性愈伤组织和非胚性愈伤组织,测定其ABA、IAA含量,发现胚性愈伤组织的ABA和IAA高于非胚性愈伤组织,并且均在培养的第6天达到最大值。然而,非胚性愈伤组织的ABA /IAA的比值较胚性愈伤组织晚2天达到最大值。
- Abstract:
- The co ntents of endogenous hormones, IAA and ABA, af fected the callus inducingand dif ferencia ting . The hig her co ntents of endog enous IAA and ABA w ere easier tocallus inducing and di fferenciating respectiv ely. While cal lus dif ferenciating , the resul tso f ABA a nd IAA show ed that the embryog enic callus ( EC) w ere higher tha n tha t o f non- embryog enic callus ( N EC) , and reached a peak a t the six th day a fter cul ture. Therefore,the ra tio o f endog eno us ABA to IAA in nonembrogenic ca llus ( N EC) was latertw o days to reach a peak than that of + embryog enic callus ( EC)
