- 以不同进化程度的三种类型大豆四个品种配制的三个杂交组合后代为材料,采用系谱法、组合内选优株法和随机选株法在海南岛按相同目标进行定向选择,以研究大豆南繁加代的选择方法及相应的组合类型。结果表明,在海南岛各种选择方法入选材料的生育期、株高、产量性状的实际遗传进度均很小,选择效果不大;而抗倒伏性、炸荚度及种粒大小的遗传进度较大。在野生、半野生组合内,系谱法或组合内选优株法明显优于随机选株法。在海南岛进行大豆南繁时,对于野生、半野生组合后代建议采用组合内选优株法。
- Abstract:
- Prog enies of crosses amo ng three obv iously di fferent ty pes o f so ybeans w ere madefo r selection by fo llowing methods: pedig ree selectio n, o ptimum selectio n wi thin a cro ssand random selection wi th simila r purposes in Haina n Island. The o bjectiv e o f thi s studyw as to compare the effectiv eness o f th ree selectio n methods, and to find an appropria temethod fo r soybea n breeding co rresponding to the speci fic type o f cross in Haina n Island.The ex perimental resul ts pointed out that there w ere no sig nificant di fferences ong enetic adva nce in ma turi ty, plant height , pods, seeds and yield per pla nt. How ev er,there w ere larg er dif ferences in si ze of 100- seed w eig ht , lo dging , pod- spli tting indexamong the ma terials selected by three methods. In mo st cases, ma terials selected byprdig ree method a nd optimum selection f rom crosses containing wild o f semi- w ild soybean paren show ed faster genetic adv ance than that by random selection method.Based on the result s o f the study, the optimum selection method wi thin a cross w assug gested the interspeci ffic crossing of so ybeans in Hainan Island.
