金豆( AC299263)防除大豆田杂草的研究

- 金豆是一种新的选择性广谱除草剂。我们为了评价金豆单用25、30、40、45、50、75、100、150g ai /ha,与普施特混用25+ 25、50+ 50g ai /ha 剂量下防除杂草效果, 1992- 1997年在哈尔滨黑土上进行试验。结果表明,金豆对禾本草和阔叶草均有良好防除效果,苗后茎叶处理比苗前土壤处理药效更好。采用硫酸铵作助剂可以改善药效。适宜的施药期为大豆真叶到1片复叶期。适宜剂量为金豆单用40- 50g ai /ha ,与普施特混用25+ 25g ai /ha。大豆对金豆耐药性好。如果使用两倍的推荐剂量(≥ 100g ai /ha ) ,又遇到特殊潮湿条件, 可发生短暂的药害,但能恢复。
- Abstract:
- Jindou i s a new selectiv e broad - spect rum herbicide. In field t rials conducted onblack soil at ha rbin during 1992- 1997, the ef fects o f Jindou alo ne a t 25, 30, 40, 45, 50,75, 100, 150g ai /ha and in mix ture w ith Pursuit a t 25+ 25、50+ 50g ai /ha fo r w eed control in soybea n field w ere ev aluated. Result s indicated that the Jindo u g av e g ood co ntro lo f g rasses a nd broadleaf w eeds and post- emerg ence a pplicatio n w as more effectiv e thanpre- emerg ence applica tion. The use o f adjuv ant Sulfa te ammo nia improv es w eed controleffectiv eness. Optium applicatio n timing w as at the t rue- leaf to lst t rifoliate- lesfstag e of soy bean. Optium rate of Jindou w as 40- 50g ai /ha alone a nd in mix ture of Jindouplus Pursui t a t 25+ 25g ai /ha. Soybea n tolerance of Jindou was goo d. If double recommendedrate w as used (≥ 100g ai /ha) and met wi th ex cessiv e moisture tempo rary injurycould occur, how ev er, plant could recov er.
