- 以植酸钙作为唯一的磷源,从无花果中分离到一株产植酸酶的菌株,利用该菌株液体发酵所得到的粗酶处理脱脂大豆粉, 30℃下反应90℃分钟,植酸(盐)降解率过75% ,处理液中可溶性蛋白质含量由0. 167mg /ml增加到12. 1mg /ml。
- Abstract:
- With phytate-Ca as the sole phosphorus source of selected medium,a exeracellular phytase-producing strain was screened from the fiuum.Liquid fermentation was studied and a best fermentation medium was obtained,starch 8%,glucose 2%,NaNO31.0%,KH2PO40.01%,KCI0.05%,MgSO40.05%,FeSO40.01% and initial pH5.0.Inoculating maount 10%,filling liquid volum 10%,extracellular phytase production as much as 870.87pu/ml fermentation liquid was obtained at 30C for 90min.,and soluble protein content in treating liquid was increased from0.167mg/ml to 12.1mg/ml.
