- 大豆是提供人类植物蛋白和油料以及发展可持续农业的重要作物,但由于不适合做遗传学和基因组学研究的模式系统,其基因组信息尚不丰富。因此,蛋白质组学技术是大豆大分子功能分析的有力工具。该文综述了大豆蛋白提取方法、大豆综合蛋白质组学和差异蛋白质组学的应用研究,同时讨论了大豆蛋白质组数据库,并对大豆蛋白质组学研究进行了展望。
- Abstract:
- Soybean is an important crop to supply a major portion of the world’s demand for vegetable oil and protein, it is also an important crop for sustainable agriculture, but it is relatively poor model systems for genetics and genomics research, there are little information provides insight into many important aspects of soybean biology. Hence, proteomics is a powerful tool for its functional analysis. This review briefly introduces extraction methods for soybean protein, comprehensive proteomics and differential proteomics analysis of soybean, and the involved soybean proteome databases are listed, future perspective about soybean proteomics is also presented.
