- 株高是大豆产量的一个影响因子,该性状的基因定位对于大豆育种具有重要的理论和应用价值。以绥农14×绥农20的F2代154个单株为材料,对各单株及亲本的株高性状进行调查和SSR分析。构建一张包含65个SSR标记的遗传图谱,用QTL软件分析,在F2代共检测出2个与株高相关的QTL位点,命名为PIht-1和PIht-2位点,均分布在G连锁群。
- Abstract:
- The plant height is a impact factor of soybean yield,so mapping the plant height trait loci in the genetic map has important theoretical and applied values.One hundred and fifty-four individuals of F2population derived from a cross between Suinong 14 and Suinong 20 were used in this experiment.Both plant height and SSR data were investigated for mapping plant height QTLs.A genetic linkage map was constructed with 65 SSR loci screened with two parents and analyzed among 154 individuals of the population.Two plant height QTLs,named as PIht-1,PIht-2 in the G linkage group were identified.
