- 盐胁迫会对植物产生次级的氧化胁迫,抗氧化酶对自由基的清除具有重要意义。通过对盐胁迫下耐盐性强的野生大豆Antisalt和耐盐性弱的栽培大豆HN40中的抗氧化酶活性的测定与分析,探讨了大豆的耐盐性机理。结果表明:盐胁迫下Antisalt通过快速的应答反应,较高的维持抗氧化酶活性水平的能力,表现出比HN40更强的耐盐性。
- Abstract:
- Salt stress produces secondary oxidant stress on plants. Antioxidative enzymes play an important role in removing reactive oxygen species. The effects of salt stress on activity of antioxidative enzymes in Glycine soja (the highly salt tolerant Antisalt) and Glycine max (the salt tolerant HN40) were determined and analyzed to discuss the salt tolerant mechanism of soybean. The results indicated that the Glycine soja xhibit stronger salt tolerance than Glycine max through rapid responds and higher level of antioxidative enzymes activities.
