大豆种子几丁质酶对壳聚糖降解的研究

- 大豆种子经甲壳低聚糖处理后发芽的提取物作用于DD 值为71 .1 %的壳聚糖15 分钟, 可使其乙酸盐溶液的VDP 值达60 %以上。初步纯化的大豆几丁质酶可降解壳聚糖释放还原糖且较适合降解DD 值低的壳聚糖, 其作用于DD 值71 .1 %的壳聚糖37 .5 小时可得到平均聚合度为4 -5的水溶性甲壳低聚糖, 得率为40 %左右。
- Abstract:
- The abst raction of germinated soy bean to be treated by chitooligosaccharide acted w ith chitosan of DD71 .1 %for 15 minutes , w hich could make the VDP of acetate salt solution increase over 60 %.Soybean chi tinasepurified primarily of primary purification could free reduced sugar and easier to deg rade chitosan w hich DD waslower , and w hen it acted chilosan of DD 71 .1 % for 37 .5 hours , it produced w ater -soluble chitosin w hich averageDD w as 4 -5 , and it s yield was about 40 %.
