- 以中国扁茎大豆和黑农26 为试材, 于R1 、R3 、R5 、R6 期分别对其根、茎、叶和荚果进行光镜与电镜观察, 结果表明:1 .扁茎大豆和黑农26 品种的根、茎、叶和荚果解剖结构组成成份无明显差异。2 .由于茎的扁化, 其内部结构发生相应的变化, 突出的是维管束数目较正常明显增多。3 .扁茎大豆荚果也与黑农26 一样, 具有完整的光合作用系统。
- Abstract:
- Chinese fascinated soybean and soybean cultivar Heinong 26 w ere used as material in this research .The anatomical observations of root , stem , leaf and pod were carried out with lig ht microscope and elect rical microscopein R1 , R3 , R5 and R6 stages .The results show that :(1)there are lit tle dif ference in anatomical structureof root , stem , leaf and pod among them , (2)inner st ructure is changed in Chinese fascinated soybean becauseof the stem is fascinated and number of rascular bundle increase as compared with than of normal soybean ,(3)Chinese fascinated soybean possess perfect pho tosy nthetic system in pod , which is as same as that inHeinong 26 .
