重迎茬对大豆化学品质的影响

- 在中国黑龙江省6个不同的生态区设置固定轮作场圃,连续3年研究重迎茬大豆蛋白质、脂肪的变化情况。结果表明,迎茬和短期重茬对大豆蛋白质、脂肪含量无明显影响,重茬3年以上,蛋白质含量增加,脂肪含量降低。农艺措施对重迎茬大豆蛋白质、脂肪含量没有明显的影响,化学调节剂对重迎茬大豆蛋白质、脂肪含量有一定的影响。
- Abstract:
- The change of pro tein a nd oil o f al terna te- y ea r and continuo us so ybeans by settingup ro tation nurseries at 6 dif ferent eco regio ns in Heilo ng jia ng Province, China. The result show n tha t protein and oil co ntents w ere not ef fected sig ni fica nt ly w hen soybeansw ere pla nted alternate- y ear a nd co ntinuously. If soy beans w ere planted mo re than 4y ea rs continuously , pro tein co ntent o f seeds w ould be increased, and oi l content w ouldbe reduced. Ag ronomic methods, which wi ll reduce the const raint s o f continuo us soybeans to yield, wo uld not ef fect on protein and oi l content o f seeds. And how and thensome chemical reg ula to rs ef fect pro tein and oi l content.
