- 以鲁豆11 号为材料, 在大田条件下, 研究了植物生长调节剂SHK -6 号对大豆叶片氮素代谢调控的效应。结果表明:1)SHK -6 处理提高了叶片蛋白质含量和改善了氨基酸组分;2)SHK -6 处理增加了叶片中可溶性蛋白含量和游离氨基酸含量;3)SHK -6 处理提高了各生育时期大豆主茎叶片中硝酸还原酶活性和硝态氮含量;同时, 肽酶活性在初花期和盛荚期SHK -6 处理均比对照低, 而在盛花期(此期遇到干旱且高温)和子粒发育期均比对照高。
- Abstract:
- This paper studied the ni trogen metabolism of soybean leaf taking Ludou 11 as experiment material ,sy stem chemical regulation by new plant g row th reg ulato r SHK -6 in the f lied .The result s show ed as follow s:1)The protein content and the amino acids w ere promoted and the components of amino acids w ere improved .2)The activi ty of NR and the content of NO3 -N were increased by SHK -6 in whole grow th .3)The activityof pro tease and peptidase were higher in flowering and less in podding and hig hest in f illing .The t reatment wasless than CK in f low ering , and more than CK in podding and filling .The content of soluble protein and freeamino acids were improved by SHK -6 .
