- 不同部位的大豆种子,其脂肪酸组成也不同,子叶的脂肪酸组成与种子的相近,胚中的脂肪酸组成与种子和子叶的脂肪酸组成差异很大,达1%显著水平。胚中的棕榈酸和亚麻酸含量比子叶中高,胚中的硬脂酸、油酸和亚油酸含量比子叶中的低。
- Abstract:
- The composi tion of fat acid is dif ferent f rom di fferent part s o f soybea n seed. Thecomposi tio n o f fa t acids in the co ty ledon is simi la r to seed. It i s qai te dif ferent betw eenthat of hypoco tyl a nd co ty ledon. The co ntent o f palmi tic acid and linolenic acid inhy pocotyl is more than that in co ty ledon. The co ntent of stea ric acid, o leic acid and lionleicacid in hy poco tyl i s less tha n that in co tyledon.
