- 对一个杂交组合后代10个稳定缺失胰蛋白酶抑制剂( SBTi-A2 )品系及其亲本籽粒化学成分组成进行的分析比较表明,大豆籽粒中缺失SBTi-A2 对其蛋白质含量及天门冬氨酸、甘氨酸和丙氨酸含量有一定影响,表现为缺失SBTi-A2品系显著低于高亲和双亲平均值; 而对其他氨基酸和脂肪含量及脂肪酸组成基本没有显著的影响。胰蛋白酶抑制剂SBTi-A2 为大豆种子中具有抑制胰蛋白酶活性的蛋白质,占种子总干重1. 4%。目前在大豆品质改良的育种方向中,培育无SBTi-A2 的大豆品种已成为重要目标之一。关于SBTi在植物体内的生理作用及其活性以及与病虫危害的关系曾有过一些研究报导[2、3、4 ] ,但关于缺失SBTi-A2 对大豆种子其他化学成分有无影响尚缺乏研究报道。为此本文根据一个杂交组合后代10个无SB Ti-A2 品系的籽粒化学成分的分析结果与其亲本进行了比较。

- Ten so ybean lines lacking try psin inhibi tor, SBTi-A2 , f rom one cross a nd thei r parentw ere deterimined fo r percetag es of protein, amino acids, oil and fat ty acids. It w asshow n tha t the percent s of pro tein, g lycine, alanine and aspartic acids w ere inf luencedby the lack of SB Ti-A2 , and w ere low er in the lines wi thout SBTi-A2 than their hig herparent and mid-parent v alues. The lack of SBTi-A2 had no sigi fica nt effect o n the restamino acids, oi l and fat ty acids.
