- 无论是NO-3 -N,还是NH +4 - N 使用单一氮源大豆幼苗长势均不如二者混合。以NO-3-N或混合氮为氮源时,幼苗生长受pH值影响较小,而以N H+4 -N为氮源时, pH7. 5时幼苗生长明显优于pH5. 5。在本试验设计的七种氮素形态配比中,大豆茎叶全氮含量高低的顺序为NO-3 -N∶N H +4 -N3∶ 1> 5∶ 1> 1∶ 1> 1∶ 3> 1∶ 5> 1∶ 0> 0∶ 1,与株高及鲜重的顺序相一致。随着营养液中N O-3 -N比例的增加,茎叶中硝态氮含量增加; 同样随着营养液中N H +4 -N 比例的增加,茎叶中氨态氮含量增加。
- Abstract:
- The resul ts show ed that soy bean seedling s applied NO-3-N and NH +4 -N tog ether isbet ter than applying any one o nly. Ef fect o f pH o n the soy bean seedling applied w ithNO-3 -N o r mixed-N is no t evident , but the seedling s under pH 7. 5 a re bet ter than that ofpH5. 5 in using NH +4 -N. The result s al so indica ted that total-N co ntent o f stems andleav es under sev en propo rtio ns o f NO-3-N; NH +4 -N are as fo llowing; 3∶ 1> 5∶ 1> 1∶ 1> 1∶ 3> 1∶ 5> 1∶ 0> 0∶ 1, the same for pla nt height and f resh w eig ht. As increasingo f applicatio n of NO-3 -N , the NO-3-N accumulatio n in stems a nd leav es is increased, andas increasing of application of N H +4 -N ammonium ni t ro gen i s increased.
