- 应用美国品种Charleston(♀)和中国品种东农594(♂)得到的154 个F10 代重组自交系群体, 构建了含有163 个SSR 标记、覆盖1835 .5cM 、由20 个连锁群组成的遗传连锁图谱。采用复合区间作图法, 对2002 年群体的油分和蛋白数据进行了QTL 分析, 共检测到了6 个QTL , 其中oil-4 和pro -2 三个位点位于同一连锁群N 上。
- Abstract:
- A recombinant inbred lines of soy bean was developed f rom an int raspecies cross of Charleston andN EAU594 .A genetic linkage map of soybean genome was const ructed , w hich composed of 20 linkage g roups,included163 SSR markers , covered 1835 .5cM .The composite interval mapping w as used to identify quantitativeloci (QTLs)associated w ith protein and oil content in the RIL population .The results indicated that 6 QT Lsw ere detected for pro tein and oil content in 2002 , among w hich oil-4and pro -2w ere located on LG N .
