中国大豆科技工作者情况分析

- 为了全面了解我国大豆科技工作者的现状,本文基于2023年现代农业产业技术体系建设专项中的人员基础数据收集工作,结合第十一届全国大豆学术讨论会参会人员和部分农业院校官网人员信息等进行更新和补充,收集截至2023年12月31日我国在职从事大豆各领域科技工作者的人员数据,并从性别、年龄、学历、技术职称、所在地区和单位、研究领域等6个方面,利用Excel 2007统计学分析方法和工具,进行结构和特征分析。结果显示,截至2023年底,我国大豆科技工作者共有2 288人,男女比例为1.6∶1。从人员分布来看,83%大豆科技工作者分布在各级农业科研院所和高等院校等公益性单位,在企业中占比约为17%。从人员知识结构来看,本科以上学历占比91%,博士学历占比45%,但一线中小企业博士稀少,科技力量薄弱。45岁以下青年科技人员占比58%,其中1980—1989年出生的大豆科技从业人员比例最高。从研究方向来看,目前遗传育种是大豆科技研究的主要方向。根据分析结果,提出优化科研力量区域分布,部分省份例如内蒙古和黑龙江的大豆科技工作者力量有进一步优化提升的潜力;加强中青年人才培养,特别是了解农业农村、熟悉大豆产业、能解决大豆科技关键领域实际问题、能在一线干出实际成绩的高层次人才;优化学科研究方向,促进学科方向相互合作,加强科企合作等建议。本文将为调整大豆科技工作者人员布局,促进我国大豆产业发展提供支撑和参考。
