不同程度盐胁迫下大豆萌发期耐盐性鉴定

- 为了明确不同程度盐胁迫下大豆萌发期耐盐性鉴定的评价指标,以62份大豆品种为试验材料,在萌发期进行75 mmol·L-1 NaCl中度盐胁迫(S)和150 mmol·L-1 NaCl重度盐胁迫(SS)处理,调查并分析胚根长、干鲜重、发芽率等16项指标,以确定大豆萌发期耐盐性鉴定的适宜筛选浓度,筛选耐盐性大豆品种。结果表明:萌发期各指标耐盐系数之间存在显著或极显著正相关,根长等13个指标与子叶干重、平均发芽时间和平均发芽速度等存在显著或极显著负相关。16项指标的耐盐系数可简化得到4个主成分,在S与SS处理中的累计贡献率分别为88.243%和80.366%。62份材料在两种程度的盐胁迫下均被分为5类,S条件下筛选出龙垦310、黑科68、龙垦330、龙垦306、龙垦333、黑科69和龙垦3002共7个耐盐品种,SS条件下筛选出1个耐盐品种为黑科57。通过建立大豆萌发期耐盐性评价的回归方程,确定了在S条件下的一级评价指标6项,二级评价指标3项;SS条件下的一级评价指标5项,二级评价指标1项。S处理能有效区分出不同大豆品种的耐盐性,也更为接近生产中可能遇到的盐害程度,可作为大豆萌发期耐盐性鉴定的适宜筛选浓度。
