- 大豆拟茎点种腐病菌(Phomopsis longicolla Hobbs)可引起大豆种腐病,严重影响大豆产量和品质。为探讨大豆拟茎点种腐病菌对大豆种子发芽的影响及侵染种子的部位,在实验室条件下采用种子接菌法进行了研究。结果表明,大豆拟茎点种腐病菌可明显降低种子的发芽势和发芽率。侵入部位包括种子的种皮、子叶及胚,严重影响种子活力。
- Abstract:
- Phomopsis longicolla is the primary cause of Phomopsis seed decay(PSD)in soybean.The pathogen can seriously affect soybean yield and seed quality.The effect of soybean germination and infection site was explored by seed inoculating the pathogen in lab test.The results showed that Phomopsis longicolla significantly reduced seed germination potential and germination rate.The site of infection included seed coat,cotyledon and embryo of soybean.It seriously affects seed vigor.
