- 供试的4 个不同抗性的大豆品种未接种健株中过氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性和PPO 同功酶谱带数没有差异, 但抗病品种POD 同工酶谱带比感病品种多两条(A2 和B2)。感染大豆细菌性疫病后, 不同品种的POD 活性均升高, 其中, 抗病品种POD 活性始终处于较高水平;PPO 活性在抗病品种中升高, 而在感病品种中降低。POD 同功酶谱带在所有供试品种中C1 带均增强而C2 和B4 带减弱, 其中抗病品种B1 和B2 带也减弱;PPO 同功酶谱带中, 感病品种B1 带减弱, 而抗病品种B1 带增强。
- Abstract:
- Two soy bean varieties, Suinong 8 and Dong nong 42 , susceptible to PSG , and tw o soy bean varieties,Heinong 37 and Heinong 38 , resistant to PSG , w ere grown in the g reenhouse .They were inoculated wi th PSGat the t ri -leaf stage .The uninoculated plant s w ere used as control.The first leaves were taken for biochemicalanaly sis from the second day after inoculation .The result s show ed that there was no difference in Peroxidase (POD)and Polyphenoloxidase (PPO)inhealthy soy bean .Between resistant and susceptible varieties , the POD act ivity in all 4 varieties increased af ter inoculationwi th PSG .But they were higher in resistant cultivars .The PPO activity increased in resistant cultivars, how ever it decreased in suscept ible ones .The number of PPO isoenzyme bands w as same in all cultivars.But POD isoenzyme bands (A2 and B2)were two more only in the resistant varieties than in the susceptible ones.The color of the POD C1 bands got deeper in resistant varieties after inoculation , w hile the B1 , B2 , C2 and B4bands go t faded .The color of the PPO bands of B1 and D1 faded and the C2 band g ot deeper after inoculation insusceptible v arieties .However , the colo r of the B1 band got deeper and C2 band faded in resistant variet ies af terinoculat ion .
