大豆灰斑病菌毒素筛选抗源的研究

- 以大豆灰斑病菌7号小种的培养基滤液和层析后的粗毒素,对30个大豆品种的幼苗和叶片的致萎初始时间和失水萎蔫程度进行了研究分析,结果指明初始反应时间和失水率是大豆灰斑毒素效应的两个量化指标,也分别反应其品种的敏感性和受害严重度。滤液和粗毒素、幼苗和叶片鉴定结果以及它们和田间抗性鉴定结果一致性表明毒素可以用来作抗源鉴定,由此建立了大豆灰斑病毒素筛选抗源的方法和标准。
- Abstract:
- The seedling s and leav es of 30 so ybean cultiv ars w ere t reated wi th fil trates and rudetoxin made f rom race 7 o fCercospora so jna Hara. The beginning time and deg ree o f wi ltingw ere studied. The result s show ed that the beginning w ilting time and w ater- lostra tio w ere bo th the quantitativ e index es o f toxin ef fects and the reflectio ns of the sensitivity a nd serious deg ree. The screening result s o f t reating wi th fi lt rates, as w ell as between the leaf a nd seedling method w ere highly in acco rdance wi th each other. The factsug gested rude toxin could be used in the screening o f resista nt resources. The screeningmethod and standard o f resista nce t rea ted w ith to xin f romCercospora sojna were also established.
