聚氨基葡萄糖防治大豆根腐病的初步研究

- 采用室内平板测定、温室盆栽试验和田间小区试验相结合的方法,测定了聚氨基葡萄糖( Chi to san )对大豆根腐病菌Fusarium、P ythium、Rhizoctonia、Phytophthora 的抑菌作用; 评价了Cn对大豆根腐的生防效果。试验结果表明,在PDA培养基上Cn对根腐病菌有一定的抑制作用。用Cn处理大豆种子,大豆根腐病的发病率和病情指数明显下降,防效达42. 6- 46. 9% 。同时Cn可促进大豆根系生长,植株生长健壮,单株荚数、粒数、粒重增加,可增产11. 7%。
- Abstract:
- By taking the methods of indoo r dish cul ture test, po t cul ture ex periment in g reenhouse, and experiment of field plo t , the inhibi ting effect of chitosan on so ybean roo t rotpathog ens: Fusarium , py thium, rhizoctonia, phytophthora w as determined. The biocontro l ef fect of Chitosa n on soy bean roo t ro t w as appraised. The resul t show ed: Chitosanhad defini te inhibi ting ef fect o n soy bean root ro t in PDA dish culture. In Chi to sansoybean seed t reatment the disease incidence and index of di sease of soybea n roo t rotdropped obviously , the cont rol effect w as42. 6- 46. 9% . At the same time, Chi to sancould promote g row th of soy bean root ro t plant g row th mo re healthy a nd No. of po dsper plant , No. o f seeds per plant, seed weight increased, soybean yield increased 11.7% .
