- 对来自我国南方200份大豆种质资源的田间结瘤固氮鉴定和温室人工接种鉴定结果表明: 1. 春、夏、秋不同大豆类型和同一类型不同品种间的结瘤、固氮作用均存在显著( p < 0. 05)差异,证明了高结瘤固氮品种选择的可能性; 2. 不仅共生固氮性状间存在显著相关,而且分别与农艺学、物候学性状显著相关,为在我国南方不同季节、不同耕作制度条件下研究以高固氮、高产为目的的遗传、生理基础提供了基本数据; 3.三种大豆类型的农艺学、物候学和共生固氮性状的变异程度为夏> 秋> 春,这为大豆遗传多样性和分类补充了新的数据; 4.评价出一些具有优良性状的春、夏、秋大豆品种可供生产利用和进一步研究。
- Abstract:
- Through identi fica tion and ev alua tion of 200 accessio ns by field ex periment and 100o f 200 accessions by g reenhouse ex perment fo r ag romomic, phenological and symbio ticcha racters. The result s indica ted: 1) . Sig nificant di fferences ( p < 0. 05) were present innodula tion a nd N2-fixa tion by bo th di fferent soy bean ty pes and dif ferent cultiv ars.These sugg ested it is po ssible tha t soy beans can be selected for improving nodulationand N2 fixa tion. 2) . Correlatio ns w ere sig nificant ( p < 0. 05) no t only among symbio ticcha racters themself , but also betw een symbio tic characters and ag ronomic /pheno logicalcha racters. The correlatio n may prov ide scientific da ta fo r researches in g enetic andphysio lgical bases for improving N2 fix atio n and hig h yield under di fferent co ndi tion ofseasons a nd cro pping systems in So uthen China. 3) . On the whole, the three so ybeanty pes w ere summer> autumn> spring in parameter va riations of ag ronomic, phenologicaland symbiotic characters. It may be complement for genetic div ersity and classi fcationo f soy beans. 4) . Some bet ter cultiva rs o f spring , summer a nd autumn soybeanshav e been evaluated w hich can be used in productio n a nd research.
