- 以(垦丰14×垦丰15)×(黑农48×垦丰19)衍生的四向重组自交系群体的160个个体为试验材料,构建了一张含有154个SSR引物、包含20条连锁群的大豆遗传图谱,该图谱覆盖基因组长度为3 066.5 cM,标记间平均长度为16.31 cM。每个连锁群长度范围为32.0~335.6 cM,标记范围在4~15个,D2、 L、 D1b、 C2、 O连锁标记比较密集。
- Abstract:
- In this paper a F2∶7of four-way recombinant inbred lines population with 160 individuals which come from the double cross (Kenfeng 14×Kenfeng 15)×(Heinong 48×Kenfeng 19) was used as experimental material to construct a linkage map.A new soybean linkage map was consistent of 154 SSR primers allocated in 20 linkage groups (LG). The linkage map covered 3 066.5 cM of the whole genome and the average distance among markers was 16.13 cM, and the length of LG varied from 32.0 to 335.6 cM. The number of markers in each LG ranged from 4 to 15 and high density of markers appeared on LG D2, L, D1b, C2 and O
