- 在砂培条件下,研究了6种微量元素对大豆种子发芽及其幼苗保护酶的影响。结果表明:在适宜的浓度范围内,6种不同的处理均能提高大豆种子的发芽率、主根长度和侧根数量,其作用大小顺序分别是:Mo>Cu、B>Zn> Fe、Mn;B > Zn >Cu、Mo > Fe>Mn,和Fe >Mo>Cu、B>Zn、Mn;B和Mo处理对大豆胚轴伸长和Mo、Fe处理对大豆侧根数量增加均有明显的促进作用。随着处理浓度的提高,6种微量元素处理均使POD和SOD活性有所增强,不同微量元素处理CAT活性变化趋势有所差异。
- Abstract:
- By using sand culture,effect of 6 kinds of trace elements on germination and protective enzyme expression were studied. The results showed that among the appropriate concentration range, six different kinds of treatments all could improve seed germination rate, root length and lateral root number, Mo > Cu or B >Zn>Fe or Mn;B > Zn>Cu or Mo > Fe >Mn and Fe > Mo > Cu or B >Zn, Mn. Treatment of B and Mo promoted elongation of soybean. Treatment of Fe and Mo enhanced lateral root number. With the increase of the trace elements concentration, activity of POD and SOD enhanced, and activity of CAT varied with the change of trace elements.
