- 利用蛋白质、脂肪含量不同的两个大豆品种,在R1 和R5 期,通过去叶或去荚,研究源库改变对大豆籽粒产量和品质的影响。结果表明, R1期和R5 期去叶1 /3对产量和品质影响不大; 然而, R1 期全去叶,减少了单株荚数,产量降低,但对品质影响不明显; R5 期全去叶,降低了每荚粒数和百粒重,有利于蛋白质积累,而不利于脂肪积累,产量降低。R5期去荚1 /3,增加了单荚粒数和百粒重,产量略有提高,脂肪积累增多,蛋白质含量降低。可见脂肪和蛋白质积累机制不同,协调产量与品质之间的关系有一定生理途径。
- Abstract:
- In order to investigate the influence of source-sink alteration on soybean quality and yield formation during reproductive development,leaves defoliation and pod removal were made at R1 and R5 with two soybean cultivars differing in fatty acid and protein content.The results showed that 1/3 leaves removal at R1 or R5 stage had no influence on seed quality and seed yield; all leaves removal at R1 stage decreased pod number and seed yield per plant,but had no effect on seed quality.However,all leaves removal at R5 stage decreased seed perpod and seed size,but favoured protein accumulation but was unfarourable to fatty acid accumulation.1/3 pod removal at R5 stage increased seed number per pod and seed size,and slightly promoted seed yield per plant,and could increase fatty acid content as well, indicating that the accumulation mechanisms of protein and fatty acid are different ,and it is plausible to regulate yield and quality in soybean physilolgically.
