- 抗SCN3 和SMV1 互交, F1 -F5 采用5 种不同选择方法, 产量LSD0.05测定处理间表现为A 、B 、C 三个等级;不同选择方法的6 个产量性状变异系数差距大。SCN3 和SMV1 双抗性基因RsvRhg 互作对产量累加增产效应于8 -35.9 %范围。品系产量和品系抗性基因聚合数量呈极显著正相关r =0.972** , 不同选择方法F5RsvRhg 出现率0 -100 %。双接种法或交叉接种法F5RsvRhg 100 %, 株系间变异性大, 能结合异季南繁加代, 是较好的选择方法。
- Abstract:
- Progenies of soybeans resistant to SCN3 ×resistant to SMV1 were studied , Five treatment s for F1 toF5 were adopted under dif ferent selection pressures .The yield comparison (LSD0 .05)among these treatment sshowed in three classes A , B and C .The coef ficient of variation of yield characters wi th each selection methodw as very different .The resistant gene interaction of SCN3 and SMV1 had an additive ef fect for incresed production.The increase w as 8 -35 .9 %.The yield of the strains and quantity of polymerized resistant genes w ere positivelycorrelated , r =0 .972** .Resistant (RSVRSN)F5 plants tad apparent rate various as 0 -100 % underdifferent selection methods .RSVRSN in F5 of double inoculation or cross inoculation was 100 %, its variabilityamong plants of each st rain w as g reat .It is bet ter that to combine with of f -seasion and nusery breeding insouthern China to have an additional generation in one year .
