N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸缓解盐碱胁迫对大豆幼苗生长抑制

- 为明确N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸(NAC)对盐碱胁迫下大豆幼苗生长的影响,本研究以大豆品种合丰50为试验材料,采用盆栽法,通过NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和Na2CO3混合溶液模拟苏打盐碱胁迫,在大豆幼苗的V3期叶面喷施1 mmol·L-1 NAC处理,测定盐碱胁迫下大豆幼苗的生长指标、抗氧化酶活性、活性氧含量、丙二醛含量、叶片光合指标及碳水化合物含量,以分析NAC处理对盐碱胁迫下大豆植株生长的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,盐碱胁迫显著抑制大豆植株的生长和生物量的积累。与盐碱胁迫相比,NAC处理可显著提高大豆植株的株高、根长、茎粗、根干/鲜重和叶干/鲜重;降低叶片和根系中活性氧含量(O2-和H2O2)及丙二醛(MDA)含量,叶片中MDA含量降幅达58.62%;提高叶片和根系抗氧化酶活性(POD、SOD、CAT和APX),叶片中APX增幅达82.68%;提高叶片的光合作用参数,增加叶片和根系中渗透调节物质和碳水化合物的积累。综上,NAC处理能够通过降低氧化损伤,增强大豆植株的光合能力,促进碳水化合物积累,缓解盐碱胁迫对大豆植株生长的抑制。
