为确定大豆胞囊线虫侵染大豆根部后,肌醇加氧酶活力的变化,以感病品种辽豆15和抗病品种灰皮支黑豆、哈尔滨小黑豆和小粒黑豆为试验材料,在人工接种大豆胞囊线虫3号生理小种后,利用肌醇加氧酶(MIOX)酶联免疫试剂盒检测肌醇加氧酶活力的变化情况。结果表明,在接种后的第5天,感病品种辽豆15酶活力达到最大值,约为对照组的161倍。而抗病品种哈尔滨小黑豆、灰皮支黑豆和小粒黑豆分别在接种后的第10天、第15天、第5天肌醇加氧酶活力达到最高,分别是对照组酶活力的146,151,185倍。
- Abstract:
- Inorder to determine the activity of Myo-inositol oxygenase after soybean cyst infected soybean rootA susceptible cultivar Liaodou 15 and the resistant cultivars Huipizhi heidou, Harbin Xiaoheidou and Xiaoliheidou were used inositol oxygenase (MIOX) elisa kit to detect changes of the inositol oxygenase enzyme activity from soybeans roots after SCN3 infection The results showed that 5 d after inoculation, Liaodou15 cultivars enzyme activity reached the maximum value, which was about 161 times in the control groupAnd disease-resistant cultivars of Harbin Xiaoheidou and Xiaoliheidou and Huipizhi Heidou, in the 10, 15, 5 d after inoculation, inositol oxygenase reached the highest enzyme activity were the control enzyme activity of 146 times, 151 times, 185 times respectively
