- 目前关于细胞质雄性不育的机理研究主要集中在植物线粒体上,通过参考大豆线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚基Ⅱ(COXⅡ)基因序列,合成保守基因引物,从供试材料中克隆到了COXⅡ基因,对基因序列分析表明:该基因编码了一个有280个氨基酸组成的蛋白,推测其可能与大豆细胞质不育有关。
- Abstract:
- At present,the research about the mechanism of CMS are all focusing on mitochondrial genome analysis,A pair of primers was designed according to the soybean Mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunitⅡsequence which published in GenBank.The gene was isolated and analysed from the CMS soybean.This gene codes a protein which consisting 280 amino acids,and maybe assosiated with CMS.
