- 简要地综述了近些年来大豆籽粒蛋白质的组成成分、蛋白质含量遗传以及蛋白质与脂肪等性状的相关关系,并在环境方面如气候与栽培条件对蛋白质的影响做一总结,最后提出改良大豆蛋白质含量的途径:主要是加强生物技术、诱变与常规育种相结合,培育高蛋白大豆新品种。
- Abstract:
- This paper reviewed the research progress of seed protein components,heredity of soybean protein and its correlation with other agronomic traits.The effect of environment factors,such as climate and cultivation practice,on seed protein content was also summerized.Then proposed improving soybean protein content by using biotechnology,and the combination of mutation and conventional breeding.
