- 作为一种重要的研究手段, 电子显微镜能够在超微水平上直观地观察组织、细胞以至于细胞器的变化。目前电子显微镜技术已经广泛应用到大豆研究的各个方面, 如大豆生长发育机理的研究、大豆抗病机制的研究、不良环境对大豆影响的研究以及大豆遗传进化和分类等方面的研究。本文综述了以上研究的进展, 并提出了今后大豆超微结构的研究方向。
- Abstract:
- Changes of org anization , cell and org anelle could be direct ly observed by means of elect ron microscopeat the level of ultrast ructure .Electron microscopy had been applied in every field of soybean research , such asmechanism of grow th and development , disease resistance , effect of bad envi ronment on soybean , as well as genomicand evolution and classification .This paper reviewed above research and presented di rection of ult rastructureof soybean research .
