- 概述了大豆形态结构和生理生化性状的多样性, 尤其从气体代谢角度看, 大豆光合作用吸收CO2 , 呼吸作用吸收O2 , 共生固氮固定游离N2 , 根瘤菌氢酶(HuP+)吸收H2 , 是典型的四固定作物。新陈代谢的多样性决定其产品多样性。对大豆丰富的宝贵的种质资源进行研究和评价, 发掘新的有用基因, 可促进大豆育种和产品开发利用的新突破。
- Abstract:
- This review summarizes the biodiversi ty of soybean in mo rphological and physiological trait s.Soybeanis a ty pical crop w ith four gaseous f ixation types in gaseous metabolism .It may abso rb CO2 in photosynthesis andO2 in respirat ion , f ix N2 through the symbiot ic nitrogen f ixatio n and use H2 by rhizobium hy drogen enzyme(HuP+).The diversity of metabolism in soybean makes the multiplicity in soy bean products 。The further evaluationof soybean germplasm and exploration of new gene w ill promote the progress of soybean breeding and developmentof soybean products .
