- 研究对抗大豆孢囊线虫病育种中常用的40 份骨干亲本进行4 号生理小种抗性鉴定, 其中感病品种30 份, 黄粒抗病品系2 份, 黑粒抗病品系2 份, 黑粒抗源6 份。结果表明:品种间的抗性有极显著差异;抗性的主要差异首先出现在抗性和非抗性品种之间, 其次出现在非抗性品种内;抗源材料的抗性非常稳定;亲本对大豆孢囊线虫4 号生理小种的抗性呈连续性变化, 符合正态分布规律。抗性愈强的品种抗性愈稳定, 抗性愈弱的品种抗性愈易受环境的影响。大豆抗大豆孢囊线虫的广义遗传力约为53 .9 %。
- Abstract:
- The resisteince of 40 mainstay soy bean parents to race 4 of SCN w ere identified .Among of them , 30soybean varieties were susceptible to 2 varieties w ith yellow coat , and 8 varieties wi th black coat were resistantto tace 4 of SCN .The rasults showed there was significant variance in resistance among soybean varieties .Themain variance in resistence oppeared at first between rasistant and susceptible soy bean varieties.Second appearedamong susceptible soy bean variet ies to roce 4 .The resistance of resistant germplasms were quite stable .The resistantchange of them to race of SCN f itted normal dist ribution .The more stable soy bean verieties was , themore st ronger soybean varieties was in resistance to race 4 of SCN .However the resistance of w eek resistant soybeanvarieties to raee 4 of SCN w as easy changed by the surroanding environment .The broad heri tability of resistantsey bean vareties to race 4 of SCN was about 53 .9 percentage.
