大豆结荚期品种间叶绿素含量差异与产量相关分析

- 连续10 年, 总共用东北大豆400 多个品种(系), 在品种资源研究圃测定不同品种叶绿素含量(a +b)。表现品种间差异明显, 高者3 .47mg/dm2 , 低者2 .17mg/dm2 , 平均为2 .62mg/dm2 。从中筛选出40 多个叶绿素含量高、丰产性好品种(系);并按年度、品种熟期分组进行叶绿素含量与产量相关分析。各组相关程度不同。总的趋势是呈正相关、10 年平均r =0 .36 。说明大豆在结荚期叶片的叶绿素含量对产量形成起重要作用, 其含量可以作为高光效种质生理指标参考。
- Abstract:
- Chlorophyll content (a +b)were tested in the study of varieties resource over ten years involving 400Northeast spring soybean .The ex periments show that there is a signif icant variance among varieties :the highestis 3 .47mg/dm2 , the lowest is 2 .17mg/dm2 and the average is 2 .62mg/dm2 .Forty soy bean with higherchlorophyll content and y ield were collected for correlation study between chlorophyll content and yield acco rdingto year and maturity .The result show there is a different correlation ex tent in interclass and general trend isposit ive correlation (average co rrelation coefficient of ten years is r =0 .36).The conclusion ex plains leafchlorophyll content in pod period has signif icant effect on yield formation .It will provide indicato r forgermplasm select of breeding to improve ability of photosynthesis as a physiologic index .
