东北春大豆推广品种蛋白质脂肪含量变化分析

- 对东北三省自50年代至90年代320份大豆推广品种的蛋白质脂肪含量变化进行了分析。结果看出,三省大豆推广品种的平均蛋白质含量以辽宁省品种最高为42. 45% ,吉林省品种蛋白质含量最低为39. 87% 。平均脂肪含量吉林省最高为20. 49% ,辽宁省最低为19. 48% ,黑龙江省品种平均蛋白质脂肪含量均居中,分别为40. 57%和20. 20% 。五十年来,三省大豆推广品种蛋白质含量均有不同程度的提高,提高的幅度吉林> 辽宁> 黑龙江。平均脂肪含量吉林辽宁两省品种50年代至90年代均呈下降趋势,黑龙江品种平均脂肪含量略有提高。吉林辽宁两省不同熟期品种蛋白质含量均从早熟组至晚熟组呈逐渐上升趋势,脂肪含量则从早熟组到晚熟组依次降低,黑龙江品种蛋白质含量从早熟组到晚熟组逐渐降低,脂肪含量从早熟组到晚熟组呈上升趋势。
- Abstract:
- The cha nges about the content of pro tein and oil o f 320 soybea n cul tivars, w hich w ere ex tendedf rom 1950 ’s to 1990 ’s, w ere ana lyzed. The results show ed that the av erage content of pro tein of soy beancultiva rs in Liaoning prov ince w as 42. 45% - the high est , tha t in Ji lin prov ince w as 39. 87% - the low est;the average co ntent of oil of so ybean cultiv ars in Jilin prov ince w as 20. 49% - the highest, that in Liaoningprovince w as 19. 48% - the low est. The average protein co ntent and oil content o f soybea n cul tiv ars in Heilong jiang province w ere 40. 57% and 20. 20% , the pro tein co ntent o f so ybean cul tiv ars in the threeprovinces has increased in dif ferent ex tent during the fi f ty y ea rs, the raise ex tent w ere that in Jilin> tha t inLiaoning> tha t in Heilo ng jiang. The oil content o f soybea n cultiv ars in the Jilin and Liaoning provinces hasshow ed the descend tendency during the fif ty years. The oil content of soy bean cultiva rs in the Heilong jiang province has increased ligh tly. Th e pro tein co ntent of so ybean cul tiv ars f rom the early maturingg roup to the lately maturing g ro up in the Ji lin and Liao ning prov inces has show ed a n increasing tendency,the oil co ntent has show ed a decreasing tendency. The protein content of so ybean cul tiv ars f rom the earlymaturing g roup to the la tely maturing g roup in the Heilo ng jia ng province has showed a decreasing tendency,the oil co ntent has show ed an increasing tendency.
