- 大豆是我国的主要农作物之一,它具有许多生物活性成分。大豆异黄酮,大豆多肽,大豆低聚糖,大豆皂甙,大豆磷脂等对人体都具有多种功能作用。
- Abstract:
- So ybean is o ne o f the mo st impo rtant crops in China. There are many kindso f bioactive component s in soybea n, such as soybean isof lav one, soy bean oligo peptides,soybean oligosaccha rides, soy bean sapo nins and so ybean pho spho lipids. They briefdascripton and recommendatio n, ag e given in the present review . They all benefi t fo rhuman body.
