- 通过PEG法将B. T ( Bacillas tharingiensis Cry IAc)毒蛋白基因导入到大豆主栽品种黑农35,黑农37,合丰25和合丰35的原生质体中,经30ml /L潮霉素筛选,选择有抗性的愈伤组织进行分化,获得了三棵再生植株,移栽后全部成活,对移栽后植株的总DN A进行PCR分析,均显阳性。对PCR阳性植株进行Southern杂交分析,证明B. T毒蛋白基因已整合到大豆细胞基因组中。

- Baci llus thuringiensis Cry IAc g ene was int roduced into the pro to plast of leadingsoybean cul tiv ars Heino ng 35, Heino ng 37, Hefeng 25 a nd Hefeng 35 wi th the PEGmethod. Through the screening wi th 30mg /l hyg romycin and the di fferentia tion of selectedresista nt calli, three reg enerated plants w ere obtained and t ransplanted successfully. PCR analy sis of the DN A f rom the transplanted plant s show ed posi tiv e reactio n.Southern blo t ana lysis of the PCR- posi tiv e pla nt s prov ed that the B. T Cry IAc g enehad integ ra ted into the g enome of these pla nt s.
