- 以大豆油和甲醇为原料,研究了氢氧化钠催化下大豆油脂肪酸甲酯—生物柴油的合成反应。并对影响酯化率的反应物料比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间进行研究,通过正交试验,确定了制备生物柴油的最佳工艺条件:甲醇与大豆油摩尔比5∶1,0.5%的NaOH为催化剂,反应温度60℃,反应时间50 min。在优化条件下酯化率高达94.5%。
- Abstract:
- Synthesis of biodiesel catalyzed by alkali was studied in this study. The optimized process conditions such as catalyst, temperature, reactants and reaction time were determined through orthogonal experiments. The results showed that in the presence of 0.5% NaOH as catalyst, 94.5% of biodiesel were obtained in the reaction of methanol and soybean oil with the molar ratio of 5∶1 for 50 min at the temperature of 60℃.
