- 以等体积浸渍法制备负载型K2O固体碱催化剂,考察了不同制备条件对催化剂催化大豆油制备生物柴油性能的影响。结果表明:最佳制备条件为焙烧温度700℃,焙烧时间5 h,负载量为7 mmol·g-1,固体碱粒度160目,在此条件下得到的固体碱催化大豆油制备生物柴油酯化率可达78%以上。
- Abstract:
- The preparing conditions of solid base K2O catalyst were optimized,using the esterification rate soybean oil as index.Results showed that the optimal temperature of calcination was 700℃,the time of calcination was 5 h and the K2O loading capacity was 7 mmol·g-1.Under above condition,the soybean oil conversation could reach over 78%.
