- 为明确近年黑龙江省主要大豆产区灰斑病生理小种的消长情况,在黑龙江省6个大豆生态区收集鉴定出灰斑病菌样43份,采用自行筛选出的鉴别寄主进行鉴定。共鉴定出18个生理小种,其中1号生理小种仍然为黑龙江省的优势小种,2008年出现频率为27.8%,2009年为40%。15号生理小种有逐年增加的趋势。
- Abstract:
- In order to clarify the physiological race of Cercospora sojina in the main soybean production areas of Heilongjiang Province. We collected and identified 43 strains from six main soybean production region using self-selected differential hosts. A total of 18 physiological race were identified with race 1as dominate one of Heilongjiang Province. The occurrence frequency of race 1in 2008 and 2009 was 27.8% and 40%,respectively. The physiological race 15 showed increasing trend year by year.
