大豆种质资源对大豆疫霉病菌抗病性测定*

- 采用下胚轴伤口接种方法, 用混合菌种测定 80 份大豆种质资源对大豆疫霉病菌的抗病性;同时测定 69 份大豆种质对大豆疫霉病菌 7个生理小种的抗性谱。在重复测定中表现抗病的材料有 6 份 ,占供试材料的 7.5%;表现中抗的材料 12 份 ,占供试材料的 15 %;感病材料为 62 份 ,占供试材料的 77.5%。对大豆疫霉病菌 7 个生理小种(1 、3、9 、11、17、21、24)全抗的材料有 12 份, 占供试材料的 17 .4%;对七个生理小种(1 、3 、9 、11、17、21、24)表现中等抗性的有 4 份 ,占供试材料的5.8%;1 份材料对 1 号、9 号、11 号 、24 号表现中等抗性, 占供试材料的 1 .5%;无论在混合菌种和分生理小种测定中, 在相同的材料上抗性反应是一致的 。
- Abstract:
- Eighty soybean germplasm lines were investigated for their resistance to Phytophthora sojae u-sing mixed culture by the hypocotyls inoculation technique.And the same time , the resistance of 69 linesto 7 physiological races of Phytophthora sojae were identified .The results indicate that 6 lines resistant toPhytophthora sojae ,12 lines intermediate response and 62 susceptible to Phytophthora sojae , the propor-tion were 7 .5%, 15% and 77.5% respectively .Among the tested lines , 12 resistant to 7 physiologicalraces of Phytophthora sojae (1, 3,9 ,11,17,21, 24)and 4 showed intermediate response , the ratio are 17.4%and 5.8 %.Only 1 line showed intermediate response to race Number 1,9 ,11 and 24, rate 1.5%.Bothin mixed culture tests and single physiological race tests,the resistance of equal lines to Phytophthora sojaewas the same .
