- 以改进的去污剂微铺展技术制备大豆减数分裂联会复合体标本,并对联会复合体发育的过程进行了电镜观察。结果表明: 大豆SC以多点或起始方式于偶线期开始形成; 随着SC的发育新的SC形成和已有SC片断的延伸并存; SC成熟于粗线期,而以破碎方式解体消失于双线期。本文列出了栽培大豆和野生大豆的SC核型,并对联会复合体侧轴加厚的数目、分布形式作了描述。
- Abstract:
- A modified deterg ent spreading tech nique w as used in ult rast ructural study o f thedev elo pment of syna ptonemal complex in soy bean. At zyg o tene stag e, the SC fo rmationini ti tated at multiple si tes in each biv alent but the regions nea r telomeres w ere preferredw ith dev elo pment o f SC. Initia tio n of new SC and ex tensio n of existing SC cocured simultaneously. SC matured at pachy tens. At diplotene, SC broke dow n a nd disappeard.In addi tio n compa red the nuclear ty pe o f SC betw een Glycine max a nd Gly cine soja.
