大豆根际细菌Ⅰ 拮抗大豆根腐病菌研究

- 本研究从41个土样中分离到大豆外根际细菌723株,根内细菌194株。通过对病原菌F3 ( Fusarium ox y porum ) 、W1 ( Fusarium solani ) 、S1 ( FusariumSP. )的平板拮抗测定,得到拮抗菌279株,对其中15株根际细菌进行了温室防病试验,得到2株防病效果较好的菌株,其中BH1 防效最高,对F3、W1、S1 的防效分别为: 64. 0% 、63. 4%、33. 3%。
- Abstract:
- Rhi zobacteria w ere iso lated f rom the ecto rhizo sphere and endo rhi zo sphere o f soybean a nd 937 i sola tes were obtained. The antag onistic test s o f all these isolates to threest rains of Fusarium spp. nemed F3 ( Eusarium ox ysporum) . W1 ( Fesarium solani ) and S1(Fusarium sp. ) w ere carried out by pairing cul ture on PDA or King ’s B media. The results showed tha t 279 i sola tes w ere antago nistic to 3 patho gens. Of 15 isolates tested inthe g reenho use, 2 sighi fica nt ly suppressed so ybean roo t- ro t( SRR. ) , they w ere identifiedas Baci llus sp. . Isolate BH1 show ed the best ef ficacy. It suppressed S RR. by 64.0% , 63. 4% and 33. 3% to F3 , W1 and S1 respectiv ely.
