- 利用多聚鸟氨可以改变本来都带负电荷的原生质体或外源DN A表面电性,使其中之一带正电荷,从而达到原生质体和外源DN A正负相吸, 并且促进外源DN A进入到原生质体中。本实验采用以多聚鸟氨酸改变外源DN A表面负电荷为正电荷的方法。在大豆品种黑农35和黑农37的多聚鸟氨酸介导BT基因的实验结果表明,这种方法是行之有效的,而且转化效率达到0. 33%

- Poly - L - Ornithine ca n change the electric charge o n the surface ofpro toplasts or fo reig n DN A. The pro toplasts and the foreing DN A which carry negativ eelectric charge o riginally become partially ca rring po sitiv e charge and enha nce theint roductio n of the fo reig n DN A into the pro to plast s. The resul t o n t ransforma tion ofsoybean v arieties, Heino ng 35 and Heino ng 37, with BT g ene mediated by PLO show edthat the method is feasible and the t ra nsfo rmatio n frequency w ent up to 0. 33% .
