- 研究了89个中国春大豆品种有关生育期、形态及品质共18个数量性状的遗传潜力。根据性状的遗传型方差、遗传变异系数及遗传力分析,估计预期遗传进度,从而揭示从春大豆品种群体中选择的潜力和预期效果。试验结果表明,生育期性状、品质性状、粒形指数、百粒重、主茎节数、株高等性状都具有较高的遗传力;除了蛋白质含量、脂肪含量、蛋脂总含量等品质性状和生殖生长期、全生育期的遗传变异系数( GCV)较低外,其余性状的GCV 都表现中等或较高; 蛋白质含量和脂肪含量的相对遗传进度(△ G′)较低,其余性状的△ G′都表现中等或较高,这在理论上证明了中国春大豆品种在农艺、产量性状方面具有丰富的遗传资源和选择潜力。相关分析的结果为: 主茎荚数、单株总荚数、单株粒数、百粒重、生殖生长期等性状与产量性状呈极显著正相关,营养生长期与产量呈显著负相关。
- Abstract:
- Soy bean cul tiva rs currently g row n in the w orld hav e a relatively narrow g eneticbase, so it i s impor tant to characteri ze the diversi ty of the g ermplasm accessio ns. Theo bjectiv es of thi s study w ere to reav eal the va riabili ties of eighteen quanti tativ e cha ractersincluding g row th period, yield and chemical t rait s o f soy bean v arieties of the springsoybean po pulatio n in China. The estima tes o f g eno ty pic, geno typic co ef ficient of v ariation( GCV) , heri tabili ty and relativ e ex pected genetic adv ance (△ G′) o f these cha ractersw ere calculated, indica ted that the g enetic resources of quantitativ e characters ofthe spring soy bean v arieties are v ery abundant. Heri tabili tes of g row th period, chemicalt rait s, seed shape index , 100- seed w eight , No. o f nodes o n main stem and plant heightw ere hig h (> 85% ) . Ex cluded tha t chemical cha racters ( prtein content , oi l content ,pro tein plus oi l content ) , days from flow ering to maturity and days of grow th had lowGCV, other t rai ts had mo derate o r g reat GCV. Only the oil content a nd pro tein contentcha racters had low △ G′, other characters had moderate o r g reat △ G′, especially the△ G′o f pla nt heig ht , No. o f bra nches, No. o f pods on main stem, No. of pods onbranches, seed w eigh t per plant , percentag e of g ood seeds, day s to flow ering , yieldcha racters w ere v ery hig h (> 100% ) . Estimates o f g enotypic co rrela tion betw een yieldand other characters indicated tha t, popula tion yield is posi tiv ely and sig nificant ly co rrelatedwi th No. of pods o n main stem, No. of pods per plant , No. of seeds per plant ,seed weight per pa lnt, 100- seed w eight and days from f low ering to maturi ty; butshow ed a sig ni fica nt negativ e association wi th days to f low ering. The co rrela tion analysis can be used in prog eny selection.
