- This paper present s a new techno logy to breed hig h- pro tein co ntent rog lea n v arieties.The to tal DN A of semi- w ild high- pro tein soy bean w as int roducted into cul tiv atedso ybean by the technique o f anther pass path, and then w as combined wi th co nventionalbreeding . The breeding achiev ement wa s tha t high yield, good quali ty and hig hpro tein co ntent va ri ties w ere o btained.
