- 获得大量干净的子囊孢子是检疫处理技术以及不同寄主抗病性测定的基础，为此开发设计了一种收集大豆茎溃疡病子囊孢子的装置。结果表明：使用该装置，只需提前将子囊壳浸泡10 min，抽滤3 min即可得到大量干净的子囊孢子,收集效率可达1.01×102个/子囊壳。
- Abstract:
- Diaporthe phaseolorum is a potential dangerous fungus to soybean.Obtaining big amount of ascospores is the basis of studies on quarantine treatment technology and resistance determination.In this study，a device for collecting ascospores of ?D.phaseolorum as developed.Using the device,perithecium was immersed for 10 min in advance,a lot of clean ascospores could be collected when filtering 3 min,and the collection efficiency reached to 1.01×102 per perithecium.
