- SPINDLY(SPY)作为植物一个负调控因子参与GA的信号转导,在植物生长发育的整个过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。其N-端为34肽重复结构(TPR),主要介导蛋白间的相互作用。C-端为氧连N-乙酰葡萄糖转移酶(OGT)结构域,通过其酶活性调控GA信号转导过程。文章综述了赤霉素信号转导途径及其中间组分,以及SPINDLY基因的研究进展。主要包括SPINDLY基因的结构,基因在生长发育中的作用和大豆中SPINDLY基因的研究及展望等。
- Abstract:
- Many results have shown SPINDLY(SPY)is involved in gibberellin(GA)signaling as a negative regulator,it plays an important role in the growth and development stage in higher plants.The N terminus of SPY contains a protein-protein interaction domain consisting of 10 tetratricopeptide repeats(TPRs).The C terminus of SPY contains O-linked-N-acetylglucosaminetransferase(OGT)domain that catalyzes GA signaling transduction pathway.In this paper,research on the GA signal transduction,GA response pathway components and SPINDLY were reviewed.It included the structure of SPINDLY,its regulation mechanism in diverse developmental processes and research on SPINDLY in soybean.
